We really have to be willing to look deep inside and be painfully honest about all of our parts, the beautiful and especially the ugly which used to hide in the dark. Dig them out, no matter how uncomfortable and painful in the beginning. Embrace them all, they'll inevitably turn to gold. That's when alchemy starts moving in magical ways.

These kind of thoughts make me feel lonely at times, since I haven't met many who know what I mean, although it's a simple universal language. This language lives buried under trauma and can temporarily be silenced but never be killed.
